To accomplish our mission, we simply provide the best of our Angus herd to you while eliminating several layers of third-party influence and corporate profits.
The beef we offer is never injected with hormones, antibiotics, or any other type of vaccine.
Our beef is born, raised, weaned, and matured to meet the customized weight each of our individual customers prefer. We are continuously weaning calves in preparation for you, the end customer.
We sell TOP QUALITY beef by the pound, whole beef, or 1/2 beef.
For whole or 1/2 beef purchases, the beef is processed entirely based upon YOUR PREFERENCE.
We sell whole or ½ beefs for ONLY $3.00/lb "hanging weight". At $3/lb hanging weight, your end cost will be approximately $5.50/lb average price for the beef's entire "yield".
That means your Filet, NY Strip, T-bone, Ribeyes, Sirloin, ground, roasts, brisket, ribs, etc will ALL be in your freezer for approximately $5.50/lb.
Many other farms charge in the range of $4-$5/lb hanging weight.
We believe in providing TOP QUALITY BEEF at an affordable price for your family to ENJOY! We are simply cutting out layers of middle-men for you!
Before packaging, all beef is dry aged 14-21 days for tenderness!
Once your order has been placed, your calf is weened and fed out to the approximate weight of YOUR CHOICE.
