Bella Nashville brings traditional Neapolitan style pizza to Tennessee, combining thousands of years of passed down skills and techniques with local, regional, and handmade ingredients. The pizzas are baked in a Terre Blanche white clay oven, the same material, and style that has been used in French bread baking for centuries. The oven is fired between 800°-900°, cooking a pizza in less than two minutes.
The dough is made daily by hand using all-natural leaven and no commercial yeast which produces a healthier more flavorful crust. The mozzarella is prepared daily in the house. Our sodas are made in house from fresh-squeezed juice and unrefined turbinado sugar.
