Archer's BBQ

BBQ has always been in Archer Bagley’s blood. As a kid, Archer was immersed in the BBQ culture of his hometown Memphis, TN. Some of his fondest memories were loading up in his father’s car and heading to Brady and Lil’s on Saturday nights. This was always the highlight of his week. When Archer was a teenager, Corky’s BBQ opened in his neighborhood. Archer was one of the first patrons through the door. Over the years, he ate at all the great BBQ joints in the Bluff City and kept a list of what stood out from each one. This would come in handy later in his life.
