15 Years Processing Experience
Our Master Processor is Pete Burns. He's a Polyface Farm Graduate and has been raising and processing his own meats for over 15 years. His knowledge of pastures and pasturing systems also allows him to consult and advise aspiring farmers on how to manage their farm best.
Supreme Products
Our Quality Control and lead Marketing Director is Tara Burns. She wears many hats including mama, teacher, baker, business woman and eviscerating extraordinaire. She married Pete in 2011 and they've been working together ever since. Their 4 boys are the support team and are learning the trade.
