These terms cover your use of MyTownIsHere.com, a local business directory for towns in Tennessee. The site is run by Tully Services, Inc. (a Wyoming corporation).

By using the site you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The directory

Listings and calculator results are for information. They can be wrong or out of date. Read the Disclaimer before you hire a business or rely on a number from a calculator.

Cookies

The consent tool is iQ Cookie. Cookie settings in the footer opens that banner. The Cookie Policy lists the cookies.

Accounts

You can browse without an account. Claiming a listing, uploading photos, and using the owner dashboard need an account. You are responsible for what happens while you are signed in.

Google sign-in is not switched on yet.

Business owners

If you claim a listing, you are saying you may speak for that business. You may correct the listing. Do not post photos or text you do not have the right to post.

Free listings and the $9 upgrade

A basic listing is free. A $9 a month upgrade is planned. When it is turned on, Stripe will bill it.

It is not for sale yet. We will show the price again before anyone pays.

Reviews and messages

A review is your opinion, scored from 1 to 10. Do not post something you know is false, something abusive, or a complaint about a private person rather than the business. We can refuse or remove a review or a message.

What you submit

You keep ownership of reviews, messages, and photos you submit. You let Tully Services, Inc. (a Wyoming corporation) show them on the site while the listing or review stays up.

The site itself

The design, the text we wrote, and the way the directory is organized belong to Tully Services, Inc. (a Wyoming corporation). Facts in a listing that came from public data stay under that data's license.

Acceptable use

Do not break the site, overload it, pretend to be a business you do not represent, or use it to send spam.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that a listing, a score, or a calculator result is complete or current.

To the extent the law allows, Tully Services, Inc. (a Wyoming corporation) is not liable for a decision you make from what you read here. If your state does not allow a limit like that, the limit applies only as far as that law allows.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States.
